Jenny Liu is Vice Chair of Sino Jet Group and Chairperson of the Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA). She is also a member of the ACJ Customer Advisory Board, contributing industry insight at an international level within the business aviation sector.

Under Jenny’s leadership, Sino Jet Group has managed the largest business aviation fleet in the Asia-Pacific region for five consecutive years. During this period, the company was awarded “World’s Leading Private Jet Company” at the World Travel Awards for four consecutive years, reflecting sustained operational excellence, governance discipline, and sustained industry recognition.

Prior to her leadership roles in aviation, Jenny built a successful career at Morgan Stanley, where she worked in the private banking division. In this role, she provided wealth management services and advisory support to ultra-high-net-worth clients, gaining deep experience in capital management, client strategy, and institutional engagement.

Jenny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California. Her academic background supports a perspective that combines commercial discipline with long-term planning, development, and asset thinking.

As a member of the Advisory Board of Reflections Group, Jenny provides strategic guidance informed by her experience in operating complex, regulated platforms at scale. Her role focuses on governance perspective, long-term strategic alignment, and institutional best practice, supporting the group’s development, investment, and partnership activities.

She is actively engaged in advancing innovation within business aviation and is recognised for building collaborative, win-win partnerships across the industry. Jenny was honoured as “Business Woman of the Year – Aviation in Hong Kong” at the Women’s Tabloid Awards 2024 and has also received awards recognising her outstanding contribution to business aviation.
