Kerim Oezsoez is Managing Director of Sync Sloan Co. Ltd. and provides strategic leadership to Reflections Group, the company’s real estate and hospitality development platform. His responsibilities span development strategy, investment structuring, and execution across real estate and construction-led projects in multiple international markets.

Kerim brings over seventeen years of experience across marketing, finance, technology, and construction, with senior leadership roles in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments. He previously served as Managing Director of Xinghe Ltd. (Hong Kong), where he was responsible for asset acquisition and strategic development of commercial and residential real estate. His work included hospitality assets in Japan and Turkey and residential development in Germany, alongside responsibility for project execution, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination.

He has planned and executed medium-scale property development projects and successfully rolled out residential and hospitality businesses across Europe and Japan. These include Kamo Residences by Reflections, Miya Townhouses by Reflections, and Minerva Villas by Reflections, Bodrum, where he was involved from early-stage feasibility and land acquisition through to development delivery and operational positioning.

Kerim’s areas of focus include development forecasting and land acquisition, the application of innovative construction processes and materials, and the integration of new technologies across the project lifecycle, supported by disciplined process management and cost control. Earlier in his career, he held senior commercial leadership roles at Mediafed Ltd. (London) as Group Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, leading revenue strategy, partnership development, and international client engagements.

Kerim holds a BA (Hons) in Interactive Media from Bournemouth University and a Master’s degree in Communications from the University of Westminster.
