Her work focuses on structuring, executing, and overseeing projects across multiple jurisdictions, with an emphasis on regulatory alignment, capital discipline, and long-term asset performance.

At Sync Sloan Co. Ltd., Yuki is involved in defining real estate investment strategy across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors. Her responsibilities include oversight of due diligence, project structuring, financing arrangements, and operational execution. She leads engagement with investors, financial institutions, development partners, and public authorities, and supports cross-border expansion activities within regulated environments.

Prior to founding Sync Sloan Co. Ltd., Yuki held senior management roles within international hospitality and entertainment groups. She served as Vice President, International Business at The Venetian Macao, where her responsibilities included international business coordination within an integrated resort platform. She previously held the role of Director of International Marketing at Marina Bay Sands, with responsibility for international market strategy and brand positioning. Earlier roles included Director of Business Development at Crown Resorts Aspinalls and International Marketing Manager at Crown Resorts, where she worked on market development and partnership initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Yuki held roles in public relations and customer relations at Genting Group and CC Land Holdings, supporting corporate communications and stakeholder engagement activities.

Yuki holds an Executive MBA from Peking University and an MBA from Victoria University. At Reflections Group, she contributes to leadership and governance through her involvement in strategic planning, investment oversight, and project execution.
